RETURNS AND REFUNDS

  • All returns must be made within 7 working days from your purchase date for a refund.
  • The product/products you wish to return must be in its original, unopened and unused condition with seal(s) intact where applicable and we reserve the right to decline requests for returns if the products returned are of unsuitable condition.
  • You will be responsible for the return shipping & handling charges, which will not be refunded, unless you received damaged merchandise.
  • We do not refund original shipping costs with the return.
  • The return parcel is under customer's responsibility until it reaches us and Öko Energe is not liable for any loss of the return parcel.
  • Only items purchased from www.okoenerge.com are eligible for returns.
  • Returns can only be made once per order number.
  • Once all the criteria for returns are met, our customer service representative will get in touch with you regarding refund.
  • We do not accept returns in the case of incorrect usage of our products.
  • All returns decisions are final and no further request will be entertained.
 

EXCHANGES

  • We accept exchanges on goods purchased from www.okoenerge.com within 7 working days from your purchase date.
  • The product you wish to exchange must be in its original, unopened and unused condition with seal(s) intact where applicable and we reserve the right to decline requests for exchange if the products to be exchanged do not meet the stipulated conditions.
  • Please return the product you wish to exchange to us together with your courier receipt. On the receipt, please indicate what item(s) you wish to exchange for.
  • Exchanges can only be made once per order number.
  • If there is a difference in cost with the exchange, our customer service representative will contact you.
  • You will be responsible for the return shipping & handling charges, which will not be refunded.
  • The exchange parcel is under customer's responsibility until it reaches us and Öko Energe is not liable for any loss of the exchange parcel.
 

REPLACEMENTS

  • If you receive an item that is broken or damaged in the course of delivery or should we have mistakenly delivered the wrong product to you, you may contact customer service for a replacement within 7 working days from the date of receipt of the products.
  • Changes of item to another product is not allowed.
  • We will reimburse you for the shipping cost incurred for your return of the goods. Please enclose the courier receipt as proof.
 
ALTERNATIVELY, all returns, exchanges or replacements can be done via walk-in at our Öko Energe store at Lot 112, 1st Floor, Faber Towers, Jalan Desa Bahagia, Taman Desa, 58100 Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. All relevant conditions for returns/exchanges/replacements shall apply together with proof of purchase.

CHANGES TO THIS RETURNS, EXCHANGE AND REPLACEMENT POLICY

  • We reserve the right to amend this Return, Exchange and Replacement Policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes to our Policy will be reflected on this page and as such, we encourage you to review this page from time to time.
