All orders for in-stock items placed before 2pm on a weekday (excluding public holidays) will be dispatched on the same day. Orders placed on weekends will be dispatched on the following working day. You can log-in to the Öko Energe website at any time to check on the status of your order.

We use PosLaju as a delivery method for shipping to both West and East Malaysia. When your order is dispatched, we will give you a tracking number that you can use to track your order's delivery process. Typically, it takes 2 - 5 business days for your order to arrive.

 

Unfortunately at this time, we do not ship internationally.

 

Our shipping rates are periodically updated to match PosLaju's domestic rates for both shipping to West and East Malaysia. Rates are automatically calculated based on the total weight of your order which you may review before finalizing your order.
